Rebuilding

JN’s fabrication shop can rebuild any make or model of electric ovens, including overseas brands. We can put new life into an old clunker that you have sitting around gathering dust. If it is salvageable, we can make it work. Please let us know your needs.

Oven Options

Need to squeeze a little more efficiency out of your ovens? Need a cleaner working environment? Do you just want an easier-to-read control panel? Try these options:

• Stainless Steel Curtains. These will help retain heat in the chamber and lower energy consumption.
• Exhaust Hoods. Oily smoke and other air pollutants can be pulled from the entry and exit end of the oven and channeled through your collection system.

Spare Parts

Our ovens are made with a mix of off-the-shelf parts that are modified to JN’s specific needs and custom-fabricated assemblies. Most component parts for current oven models are stocked at JN for immediate, same-day shipping. In some cases, JN also stocks spare parts for non-JN ovens. Give us a call for any oven parts need.
